Over the years I have travelling a lot and used many different vetinary surgeries to care for my dogs. I fine Bridge Vets in Portlethen to be the best Ive ever used for many reasons. They are competively and fairly priced, and I never feel that making money is their main objective, which sadly Ive often felt in other surgeries over the years. Its obvious from point if Durst contact that their main priority is the care, comfort, and health and well-being of my dogs. They are patient, caring, gentle and very knowledgeable. They take their time and are friendly and considerate. In fact I would say that every member of staff I have ever had contact with has gone out of their way to make both myself and my dogs feel calm, happy and comfortable in any visit. They explain all aspects of any visit in full detail with me, and always give me as much alternatives for treatment if and when is necessary, advising which they would recommend first, but ultimately leaving me to make an informed decision without pressure. They put the care and well-being of my dogs the most importance above anything else, even if I gave no money available at the time and their care is urgent. They have a very competively priced pet welfare monthly scheme which covers all annual routine costs and the service included in the scheme I would class first rate. I would, and do, highly recommend then to all my friends and family, and to anyone who ever asks for advice on good Vet surgeries in the area.
