Visit mains once every 6 weeks roughly - manager always welcoming, food fine good value for money - also good play area with seating for adults
Staff were very helpful when booking our table for 5 people, and equally helpful when placing our order. Food arrived in good time, courteously served, and well presented. I have to say, excellent value for money, and definitely worth recommending to friends and colleagues - with plenty of parking to avoid overpriced city centre hassle.
A bit disappointing. Cutlery was found dirty, like they don't check if it is properly cleaned. Breakfast was expensive and I was not impressed. In my opinion improvements are necessary. Place looks cosy but has an old feel to it. No breakfast for me next time I'm there.
We come here quite often, but on our last visit it was a disaster. The food came out wrong, cold and with missing items. The servers looked like they did not know what to do with themselves, and it wasn't even busy. I'm happy to change rating, when I receive adequate service. Sorry
We visited this restaurant at the beginning of November and our experience of the food is not good! The meals served were of poor quality, steak undercooked, chips cold and presentation poor. Looking around the room at other diners there was a lot of uneaten food on plates. We complained that some of the food ordered was burned but nothing was dome to rectify this.As we were staying at the Premiere Inn next door, we took breakfast in the restaurant. Whilst there was a good selection of hot and cold food available, the quality of produce was not what we expected. I ordered an omelette which was completely inedible.would we eat there again! NO!!
