Went into buy bed sheets today and was ushered by a manager to leave the younger staff alone as they were busy, I didnt appreciate this as it was quite clear that he thought I was distracting the staff as I am a teenager. They have never done this to an older member of the public and thought it was quite rude to be told this as I am a paying customer who only asked a simple question. Management needs to get sorted was not impressed. This was not the first time this has happened and Im sure it wont be the last. How is this in anyway good customer service!
This Christmas the special pre-order Turkey that I ordered in November became unavailable at the very last minute. The Manager from the Portlethon store contacted me the day after and arranged for the Turkey parcel to be delivered on a special delivery with a bunch of beautiful Christmas Flowers. This is customer services at its best. I wish all employees and customers of ASDA a very Merry Christmas and all the best for 2019.
Love shopping here, I always spend too much as I can't not buy items with reduced prices. Friendly staff is really a good thing.
Great place to get something to wear before your dinner party
Nice size, not too big. Music can be too loud though and staff variable. Prefer self checkout as staff can shove items through too quickly and last time hurled my wine through.
